Scope of Work: Installation of Fire Alarm Intruder alarm and CCTV System
Who was our client?
We have been working for Time 2 Vape since 2016, initially installing and servicing their fire extinguishers. They asked us to expand our services, and we now also install and maintain the fire and security equipment at 20 of their sites across East Anglia, including fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV systems.
What did we do?
We installed a 4 zone fire alarm panel with heat and smoke detectors and a manual call point for the fire alarm. Shortly after this install, we were contacted to install an intruder alarm and CCTV system at their Bury St Edmunds branch, which was installed in December 2022. The CCTV and intruder system can both be monitored and controlled remotely from an app.
Fire safety and security maintenance
As well as the installations, we also carry out regular servicing of the fire safety equipment installed at all of their locations. We regularly service their fire extinguishers and fire alarms to ensure they are in full working order and are ready to use in the event of a fire.
