Info: We have been working alongside Hill Partnerships on a development located on Madingley Rd, Cambridge since November 2021. We have been working together with the site management team installing passive fire protection systems in conjunction with their fire strategy plan to ensure that the compartmentation is maintained throughout the construction phase preventing the passage of heat, smoke and fire.
This has included fire stopping any services such as pipes, cables and ducting passing through any of the fire rated walls, floors and ceilings within the communal areas, service riser cupboards and individual compartments. We have installed certified intumescent products in line with the tested installation details provided by the product manufacturers ensuring that any work carried out is compliant with current regulations and standard practices.
